A 52-lot subdivision that is proposed for a wooded property off Hillside Street has neighbors worried about traffic and safety. The project, which would be developed by Marcel Nadeau, president of Anastos and Nadeau in Yarmouth, was outlined during a Planning Board workshop Wednesday. More than 50 people attended.
Neighbors, who met with the developer last month, also say they are concerned about the project's effect on wetlands, vernal pools and an aquifer on the property.See the full content of this document
