A local man was arrested early Sunday after he allegedly cut a woman with a knife and tried to run away from police after he was handcuffed.
Joshua R. Johnston, 25, of 40 Cushman Road, was charged with domestic violence assault, aggravated criminal trespassing, criminal mischief and escape. His bail was set at $5,500 and he was being held at the Kennebec County Jail in Augusta late Sunday afternoon.See the full content of this document
