The possibilities for boarders, bikers and bladers are expanding in the city. The idea of a ramp park has been bandied about for years, but now the city has put money behind the project. It could be built as early as next spring.

The City Council last week decided to borrow money for a number of capital projects, including the park. The sites under consideration are by the armory, across from Westbrook High School, or in Bicentennial Park on William Clarke Drive.
