Belfast artists Norman Tinker and Dudley Zopp jointly exhibit their work in "Discovering the Physical" at the Center for Maine Contemporary Art. Tinker, a sculptor, and Zopp, a painter, have created works exploring physical aspects. For Tinker, that exploration is delved into through wrecked auto parts and wire sculpture. For Zopp, layers of paint represent the physical aspect of his landscape paintings.

Running concurrently with "Discovering the Physical" are two other exhibits: "Hidden Words: Artists' Books by Martha Hall and Calligraphic Work by Jan Owen," and "The Figure Revealed" with work by 50 artists participating in life drawing groups.
