Summary


Jimmy Kennedy, a freshman, pitched a two-hitter and retired 15 straight after giving up four runs in the second inning as York rallied for an 8-4 win over Wells in the first of two Western Maine Conference baseball games Monday.

After playing the first game at Wells, the teams switched sites and played again at York. The Wildcats (9-3) prevailed again, scoring four runs in the sixth to pull out an 8-7 victory.
