A proposal for the largest housing project in the city's history grew again this week when developers submitted a revised plan that calls for 12 additional housing units. Seguin Brothers LLC, the Bath- based development company interested in developing the site off High Street, went before the Planning Board Tuesday night with a preliminary plan that increases the number of housing units from 129 to 141.
The board took no action. Seguin Brothers will still need to get final approvals from the panel, as well as from the Maine Department of Environmental Protection.See the full content of this document
