American Skiing Company, which owns two ski resorts in Maine, announced Tuesday that it is selling its Killington and Pico resorts in Vermont to SP Land Co., a Dallas-based real estate investor, and POWDR Corp., a Utah-based resort company, for $83.5 million.
The sale follows the company's announcement last week that it is selling the Mount Snow ski area in Vermont and Attitash in New Hampshire for $73.5 million, and the December announcement of the planned $265 million sale of Steamboat resort in Colorado.See the full content of this document
