Saint Joseph's College is inviting the public to its third annual "Eat Local" lunch Sept. 25.
The lunch will be made only with ingredients that were grown within a 150-mile radius of the school. Even the salt in the salt shakers will come from the Maine Sea Salt Company in Harpswell. The only non-local ingredient will be the olive oil.See the full content of this document
