Wine lovers who want their favorite drink shipped to their doorsteps will be able to plead their case once again next year, when the Legislature reconsiders a bill to allow wine to be shipped by mail. The bill, sponsored by Rep. Kenneth Lindell, R-Frankfort, was held over by the Legal and Veterans Affairs Committee after Lindell drummed up bipartisan support for it.

He called the current rules "a serious impediment to interstate commerce."
