The controversial Grand View Topless Coffee Shop could make a comeback - this time, inside an office trailer.
Owner Donald Crabtree will go before the Vassalboro Planning Board Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the town office to ask for a new permit to operate the business out of the trailer, which has already been set up on his property fronting Route 3.
