A report by the Homeland Security Department and the FBI has outlined a disturbing problem: Our aviation system is still vulnerable.
Commercial airlines still aren't completely secure, for one thing. That much has already been demonstrated by passengers (some of them high profile) who have slipped through security with weapons.
