Jacob Plummer of Limington has attained the rank of Eagle Scout.
Plummer's goal was to become an Eagle Scout before age 14. He achieved it and was honored with the award during a ceremony May 13, also his 14th birthday. Plummer's brother Josiah, received his Eagle Scout rank 2003. Most boys do not make that rank until they are at least 16 or 17.
