How much more do we need to see and hear about what goes on - and just as germane, what doesn't - at Guantanamo Bay for Americans to demand a policy change?
An Army officer who was key to the enemy combatant hearings at Guantanamo has told the U.S. Supreme Court the military tribunals faced pressure to rule against detainees, often in the face of nothing more than vague and shaky intelligence and evidence.
