Officers from four public safety agencies located a fugitive hiding Saturday night in a wooded area off Center Street.
Lewiston police said Rontrell Jarmeal Nelson was wanted for allegedly choking and robbing a woman Friday night. Nelson, 20, faces charges of kidnapping, robbery and violation of bail conditions, said Lewiston Police Lt. Don Mailhot.See the full content of this document
