The father of a Maine fisherman who died at sea is suing the research institute that got his brain, alleging it was taken without permission.
Raynald Martin of Old Orchard Beach filed the lawsuit last week in York County Superior Court. His case is the latest in a large legal fight about the "harvesting" of human brains at the state Medical Examiner's Office.See the full content of this document
