Jessie Farrington was nearly unhittable while leading Telstar to its first Class C softball state championship in 15 years Saturday morning. Farrington threw a one-hitter as the unbeaten Rebels edged Central, 1-0, in a rematch of the 2005 championship game, at Ward Field at St. Joseph's College.

"This is really special," said Farrington, who struck out 13 and walked two. "We lost to them last year."
