Comedian Duff Powell will perform "Laughs for Lovers" at 7 p.m. Saturday at the Camden Opera House.
A resident of Friendship, Powell has become known by his fans as "The Man of Many Voices." He draws his humor from his small-town roots and keen everyday observations. Powell uses Maine characters in his skits. He has performed stand-up comedy throughout New England, as well as on Royal Caribbean, SeaEscape and Dolphin cruise lines.
