The driver charged with driving drunk and causing the deaths of a Windsor couple Saturday night has two previous drunken driving convictions. District Attorney Evert Fowle said Shawn Jellison, 35, of Augusta was convicted of driving under the influence in Florida in 1994 and 2001. He also was convicted of a domestic violence charge and failing to appear in court in Florida, Fowle said Tuesday.

Fowle said the prosecutor's office is seeking more information on the Florida incidents.
