The Town Council postponed its decision Tuesday night on what to ask voters in June to decide the fate of a $2.4 million community center project. Councilors will hold a special meeting Monday to examine all of their options for continuing with the community center. They hope to create a clear, concise ballot question to produce a workable outcome on a project that has become somewhat clouded in the past several months.

On Tuesday, the council voted unanimously to terminate its contract with Gawron Turgeon Architects, the Scarborough firm that oversaw the design and development of the project.
