You've probably heard all the ruckus about langostino, the lobstah impostah.

The Maine Lobster Promotion Council is upset that some restaurants are marketing a small shellfish called langostino, also known colloquially as squat lobster, as "real" lobster. Langostino, the group points out, is Spanish for "prawn," and the little creature is just not the same as the luscious crustacean that crawls around on the floor of the Gulf of Maine.
