A Portland man remains in critical condition following an accident earlier this week that knocked out power to more than 2,000 customers in the city.
John Hennessey, 55, was driving a cab west on Park Street on Tuesday morning when the sedan suddenly swerved to the left, hitting and snapping a utility pole near St. James Street just before 8 a.m., police said.
