A town councilor claims that other councilors "forced" longtime Town Manager Doug Harris to resign last month without good cause. Councilor Richard Mulhern, who wants Harris to remain in his job, contended on Friday that other councilors engineered Harris' resignation - which is effective June 30 - because they're "trying to micromanage things at Town Hall."
