State and local officials toured the site of the planned Ocean Gateway cruise-ship terminal Tuesday with two contractors who hope to redesign and build the long-overdue project for a lower cost.
Cianbro Corp. of Portland and Reed & Reed Inc. of Woolwich were among three companies that bid on the project in March. They are reviewing project specifications with state transportation officials this week and are expected to submit new, scaled-back proposals by June 15.See the full content of this document
