A long-awaited report, which suggests that an Army reservist from Kennebunk died accidentally in Iraq, is inadequate because it does not answer enough questions, U.S. Sen. Susan Collins said Friday.
The report, made available to Collins more than a year after the death of 1st Sgt. Christopher Coffin, "was enough for us to realize off the bat that certain things had been ignored," said Jen Burita, spokeswoman for the Maine Republican.See the full content of this document
