Heather Peel has often thought that it would be handy to have some dependable teenagers around the neighborhood. Her grandmother in Sebec needs help shoveling snow, her mother in Winthrop could use a handyman now and then, and it won't be too long before Peel could use a baby sitter for her toddler daughter.
