The city's leaf-collection program starts Monday and continues through Nov. 18.
Leaves will be collected by a separate truck on residents' normal rubbish-collection day. Leaves, and only leaves, must be in biodegradable bags and curbside by no later than 7 a.m. If the leaves aren't picked up that day, leave them curbside and the city will collect them as quickly as it can. Within the four-week period, there will be at least two collections, weather permitting.See the full content of this document
